Children’s Day Out, a Christian preschool for children 2-5 years of age, is sponsored by First Lutheran Church to serve the Topeka Community. This educational program is licensed by the Kansas State Department of Health and Environment and is governed by the Children’s Day Out Board, which functions under the First Lutheran Church Council.

First Lutheran offers full time summer childcare!

The purpose of our summer program is to provide a safe and secure environment for your children. We offer a stimulating atmosphere in which children can grow socially, emotionally, cognitively and spiritually, through developmentally age-appropriate practices. Special attention is given to fostering a positive self-concept in each child, through creative and structured learning opportunities.
We have children that have completed kindergarten through the completion of fifth grade. We are a fully licensed KDHE childcare facility.
